Once a buyer is selected and the price and the terms are agreed upon by all parties, the purchase agreement is negotiated. Our extensive knowledge and experience allows us to be an asset in this process, as well. We can also assist in ensuring that all purchase and closing documents are fully executed and delivered to the title company in a timely manner. This will help provide a successful and smooth closing.
