Sales Associate/GIS Analyst
Natasha Mocny graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and a Masters in Geographic Information Systems. Natasha Mocny has been working in Geographic Information Technology as a Software Engineer specializing in GIS for 7 years.
Natasha began working for McArthur Land Company in 2011 as a GIS Intern responsible for creating marketing packages, database management, and property research. Upon receiving her Masters in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), she continued work as a GIS Analyst managing the GIS database and implementing GIS standards and procedures.
In November 2012, Natasha started working for Colony American Homes as a GIS Analyst where she conducted market analysis for acquisitions and leasing departments to identify desirable geographic locations to expand their markets. After a year of working as a GIS Analyst, Natasha became a Software Engineer creating an internal application for the company that would handle leasing applications, reporting for executives, onboarding properties for acquisitions and customer service request.
Natasha since returned to McArthur Land Company in October 2018 with the main focus on maintaining the GIS database and using technology to keep McArthur Land Company competitive in the Real Estate Industry.
